Services
Our main meeting of the week is at 10.30am on Sunday, and is normally finished by 11.45am. We all begin together in the church – to sing & pray together. There is often a short talk or other activity designed for the children, before they go out to the hall & other rooms for their own groups.
As the children leave we normally take up an offering. This is an opportunity for regulars to donate towards the work of the church & others – but if you visit us don’t feel you have to give. Then someone will give a talk about something from the Bible, to help us understand better what God is like & how we can live to please Him. After the service we move through to the back hall for tea & coffee - to chat & get to know one another.
If you visit us for the first time do introduce yourself. There will be someone on the door to welcome you & we want you to feel at ease.
About once a month we have a Family Service, when the children stay in right through the meeting. We try to get even the youngest children involved in what’s happening. They can be quite lively times.
We also have evening services at 6.30pm twice a month. On the first Sunday of the month we have a "Share, Prayer & Praise" time, including celebration of Communion. This is an opportunity to come and tell others what God is doing in your life, to pray for one another & to praise God for what He has done.
On the third Sunday of the month we have a more traditional style evening service, often with a visiting speaker.See details on the Events Calendar.
